The death occurred of Meta Florence Smyth (née Wilkinson) on March 16 at Richmond Nursing Home, Cultra (late of Gilford Road, Lurgan).

She was the wife of the late William James and dearly loved mother of Barbara, mother-in-law of Desmond, grandmother to Niall, Ruth, Helen and the late Stephen.

A service of thanksgiving took place in Shankill Parish Church, Lurgan on Friday last, (preceded by private interment in Lurgan Cemetery).

Anna Mary (Mamie) McCann (née Mulholland)

Anna Mary (Mamie) McCann (née Mulholland) passed away peacefully at home on March 17.

She was the dearly beloved wife of the late Malachy, Meadowbrook, Craigavon, and much loved mother of Neville, Olive, Mary, Anne, Patricia, Barry and Aidan,

Her funeral took place on Thursday last from her late residence to St Anthony’s Church for 11am Requiem Mass,

Interment afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery Derrymacash,

Ann Hanna

The death has occurred of Ann Hanna on March 17 at Aughnacloy House. She was the wife of the late William and beloved mother of Anne, Shirley, Wilma, William and the late Joan (late of Lime Grove Lurgan).

Her Funeral Service took place in Malcomsons Funeral Home 7 Robert Street Lurgan BT66 8BE on Monday followed by Cremation at Roselawn Crematorium.

Gerard Patrick (Gerry) McKerr passed away peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital on March 19,He was the dearly beloved husband of Eileen, Ashdene Park, Taghnevan, Lurgan and much loved father of Sean, Kathleen and Dwyer,

His funeral took place on Saturday from his late residence to St Paul’s Church for Requiem Mass, Interment afterwards in St Colman’s Cemetery,

The death took place of Kathleen Taylor on March 22, peacefully at her home Inn Road, Dollingstown. She was the beloved wife of Jackie and loving mother of Kenneth, Hazel and James. Funeral Service takes place today (Wednesday) in Dromore Free Presbyterian Church at 2pm followed by interment in Lurgan Cemetery.

Kathleen Uprichard died suddenly at her Cranny Road, Bleary, home on March 23, She was the beloved wife of the late Robert and loving mother of Dorothy, Kenneth, Trevor, Mary and the late Alfred.

Funeral Service in Knocknamuckley Parish Church today (Wednesday( at 2pm followed by interment in adjoining Churchyard.

The death occurred of May Irwin on March 23, peacefully at Lurgan Hospital, May was the dearly beloved wife of the late Harry, Oakleigh Fold, Lurgan, and formerly of Portadown. She was the much loved mother of Tony, Brian and Sheree. Funeral on Thursday at 12.30pm (Service at noon) from Jack McLearnon’s Rest Room North Street Lurgan to St John’s Cemetery, Drumcree, Portadown,Very deeply regretted by her loving sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Audrey and Claire, grandchildren Declan, Michael, Jordan and Keira and family circle.
