Dungannon murder suspect appears in court
A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a man in Dungannon on Thursday.
Luis Nazario Ximenes, 36, originally from east Timor, died after an attack at a house in Woodvale Park.
Tomas Hornay with address at 34, from Woodvale Park, Dungannon, appeared in Omagh court on Saturday morning charged with the murder of Mr Ximenes at the property.
He was remanded in custody to appear by video link at Dungannon Crown Court later this month.
