Deniz Kocadurmus, whose address was given as Clanbrassil Avenue, Portadown, was fined £100 for the offence at last Wednesday’s sitting of Craigavon Magistrates Court.

He was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.

The court heard that on July 3 this year he was stopped by police while he was driving at Upper Church Lane in Portadown and asked to produce his driving documents.

A solicitor representing the defendant said he was able to produce his insurance but could not produce his driving licence at the time.
