Five dwellings decision upheld
CONFIRMATION of approval for a controversial planning application has been "noted with regret" by councillors.
This week’s meeting of Carrickfergus Borough Council saw confirmation of planning permission for the replacement of a single house at Raphael Road, Whitehead, with five new dwellings.
Planning officers’ original decision was upheld despite an appeal by the council to the divisional planning manager.
