Former Mayor and wife celebrate 65th wedding anniversary
A FORMER Mayor of Lisburn and his wife have celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.
George and Emily Morrison were delighted to receive a card from the Queen marking their special milestone at the weekend.
The couple were married on March 25, 1947 in Carryduff Presbyterian Church.
They have two children Isobel and Tommy, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
