Loreto’s Tiarnach to run for Youth Parliament

Tiarnach Kelly, a fifth year pupil at Loreto College Coleraine, is a candidate for the Northern Ireland Youth Congress and UK Youth Parliament elections for 2014 for the constituency of East Londonderry.

Tiarnach’s campaign is based on provision for young people, work experience schemes/ youth unemployment, and discounts for young people still in full time education for leisure facilities and transport.

This is a chance for young people aged 11-18 in the area to elect someone to represent their views on the local area, as well as bringing their ideas on how to improve it to Parliament.
