Mayor delighted

He said: “It helped to showcase what was good about Lurgan.

“I was delighted at the number of people who attended not only from Lurgan but from much further afield.

“Hopefully it will encourage people to come back again, not only to Lurgan Park but to Lurgan town centre to shop.

“This project was the culmination of a lot of hard work over the last few months. It is something I wanted to do in my Mayoral year to help promote what is good and positive in Lurgan and hopefully it is the first of other events.

“I would also pay tribute to all the council staff involved in helping to make it a success.”
