Mollie among top GCSE students in NI

A student from Loreto College Coleraine has been recognised among the very top students achieving A* grades in last summer's CCEA GCSE examinations.

Mollie Brennan, who scored a total of nine A* GCSE grades and one A, was placed joint First in CCEA Further Mathematics and Third in Chemistry. She was also placed tenth in GCSE Geography. At Loreto College’s annual Senior Prizegiving, Mollie was presented with the Principal’s Award for GCSE, as Loreto’s top achiever in the 2016 session. Mollie

will now be presented with awards from CCEA in their Celebrating Excellence Awards event.
