New documents support Arntz project

New environmental and site analysis documents have been submitted with the planning service in support of a major redevelopment proposal for the former Arntz Belting Company site at Pennyburn pass.

The development - if approved - will include four retail warehouses, a medical building, a superstore, an educational research and development building, a restaurant and a self service filling station.

Arntz Belting Company originally agreed to redevelop its site at Pennyburn, once the company ceased production, back in 2010.
