Barnardo’s Ballymoney store manager Jane Cole said: “We are seeing a trend of customers who have lost weight on a January diet, but because they’re hoping to lose more weight don’t want to spend a fortune on a whole new wardrobe just yet, so they’re visiting Barnardo’s shops to stock up on affordable in-between sizes.

“We are delighted to be able to provide dieters who are well on their way to reaching their target weight an affordable option for new clothes.
