North Road diner opens for one night only

THE culinary skills of Year 12 students at Carrick College have been put the test by a group of discerning diners.

Hospitality pupils prepared a buffet supper for the Board of Governors and former members of staff.

And all those who sampled the delicious spread were said to be “impressed with the high quality of the dishes”.

The young participants have also obtained their level 2 catering certificate under the guidance of teacher Ms. Fleming, who is a qualified tutor of this award.
