“The Forum has had a busy year and looks forward to welcoming new members in the months ahead. We will continue to provide an opportunity for members to put forward their views about issues that cause concern as well as seeking to work with Larne Borough Council and other agencies to make sure that Larne is supported by government, as well as by shoppers,” said John.

Members thanked the Department for Social Development for providing grant funds and Larne Borough Council for supporting the management and administration of the ReStore and Spruce-Up schemes in the town centre which have made a real difference to the look and feel of Larne.

John added: “The future of town centres is high on many people’s agenda at the moment and the Forum and its members will keep working to keep Larne vibrant and buzzing. Thank you to all our customers and all the people of Larne for their support.”
