Newtownabbey traffic lights back on after earlier issues
Road users are advised that all traffic signals in Monkstown are back on.
A Department for Infrastructure spokesperson said: “In Newtownabbey the traffic signals on Jordanstown Road with the junction of Monkstown Road are currently back on.”
