Firefighters are presently tackling a blaze in a two storey building at Main Street, Coalisland, County Tyrone
Two fire appliances from Dungannon have been joined by appliances from Cookstown and Portadown Stations.
A spokesperson for the NI Fire & Rescue described the incident as on-going.
There are traffic tailbacks in the centre of the town and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
