Pre-Christmas police operations net four drink drivers

Four motorists were arrested for suspected drink-driving by officers from the South Area Roads Policing Support Group.

Breath tests were carried out at various locations including parts of Mid Ulster on Saturday and Sunday mornings.In a social media post, Mid Ulster police another six drivers were given warning for having some alcohol detected but were below the legal limit."Remember any alcohol can impair driving so the advice is do not drink and drive," the post reads. Several other drivers were issued with fixed penalty notices.
