Section of Doagh road closed for repair works
Motorists are advised that a section of the Ballymena Road in Doagh is closed to facilitate repair works to a damaged retaining wall.
The lane closure, which commenced today (Thursday), is operating from the junction of Brook Meadow to the junction of Posseyhill Road.
A Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “The closure is required continuously for repairs to a damaged retaining wall. Two-way traffic signals are to be in operation continuously.”
The work is being conducted by a DfI Roads contractor.
Road users are advised to expect an estimated delay of up to five minutes.
The work is due to be completed by 6pm on Friday, June 4.
