In her poem, Averil compares her sister to a daffodil - “When spring comes, The daffodils sprout, I see you coming back” and describes the two toddlers as butterflies - “When summer comes, Out come the butterflies, Spread your wings little ones,”
Speaking to the Mail, Averil said: “We didn’t know anything was wrong, what happened, came completely out of the blue.
“We got through this as a family, by sticking together.”
She added: “I would tell anyone in trouble to talk it through, there’s always help out there, I am here to talk to,” added Averil.”
