These two teams have been battling it out at the top of the league table all season and after Saturdays result Ballymoney with two games left to play are slight favourites to lift the title as Ballyclare have completed their league programme. Both teams started off well but defences had the upper hand until Ricky Pinto headed Ballyclare into the lead on the 30th minute. Ballymoney responded to this and took the game to Ballyclare then on the 45th minute Liam Kearney equalised with a sizzler of shot into the bottom corner of the net. The second half saw both teams play a lot of good football but Ballymoney were content to sit and defend the draw which they did until the final whistle. Referee Mr Gusty Crawford

This was the league decider and after Curtis Hassan scored to put Moyola in front on the 20th minute things looked bleak for Finvoy. Moyola increased their lead after Ally McFall scored on the 55th minute but then saw Finvoy come back to level the game with goals scored by Ian Parkhill and Gareth Hannah on the 60th and 65th minutes.

The winning of the game was still up for grabs and it appeared to be in Moyola's favour when David Anderson scored on the 73rd minute but full marks to Finvoy who came back again to share the points after Scott McNaughter scored on the 81st minute. Referee Mr Gary Crawford
