McGurk shines at Redcastle
THE second committee ladies competition at Redcastle was played in near perfect conditions on Monday, with Audrey McGurk (30) scoring nett 70 to claim first place.
Second spot when to Jennie Flanagan (15) after she scored nett 73 and Una Morrison (20) with a nett 75 score was third. Next Monday’s competition is the Australian Spoons and members are reminded to arrange their partners, markers and times for this competition, while on Monday, May 31 the Charity Open takes centre stage.
