Clifford Thompson is enjoying a real “purple patch” during this month of July. He has won the high section on Captain’s Day and in the Coburn Cup. His handicap was cut and he went on to win the middle section last Saturday in the Fred Daly Memorial.
He has finished runner-up in the Monday Sweep and, not content with that, he has just gone out and won this Monday Sweep.
Enjoy your good fortune while it lasts, Clifford!
Michael Robinson had the only “2” on the day and he reaped the rewards.
1st- Clifford Thompson (17) 32 points.
2nd- Brendan Magee (28) 31 points.
