Video showcases Larne borough’s highlights
Larne residents and business owners have ensured the town will be in the spotlight during the Giro d’Italia by producing a video showcasing the borough’s attractions.
The Youtube video, which is available now, features a pink-clad cyclist riding from Carnlough to Ballycarry/Islandmagee. As they pass through each area, local residents emerge to sing and take part in giro-related activities.
A spokesperson for the production team stated: ‘The idea is we create something quirky and fun for Youtube, trying to promote each area in the beautiful borough of Larne and the fantastic things each community has planned for the Giro.
