Tixooo Chippy, a takeaway at 10 Glenalina Pass, Belfast was given the score after assessment on October 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Belfast's 388 takeaways with ratings, 201 (52%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
